BOOKING POLICY

All accommodation rates include VAT at the current rate. All reservations need to be confirmed with a credit/debit card and a non-refundable 10% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 14 days in advance of your check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your booking by 2pm local time, at a minimum of 15 days prior to your arrival date, to avoid liability for full payment. Otherwise, you will be charged in full, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Group bookings of three or more rooms: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is taken at the time of booking. Unless you cancel your booking by 2pm local time, 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be liable to pay the full value of your booking.

SMOKING
We are a completely no-smoking property and grounds. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds of the property.

HEN & STAG PARTIES
For the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept hen/stag parties.
