14 days prior to arrival day will be subject to a 50% charge of the full booking amount, 
7 days prior to arrival day will be subject to an 80% charge of the full booking amount, 
24 hours prior to arrival day will be subject to the full amount of the booking. 
Multiple rooms require 1 months notice.

We are a completely no-smoking house. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and a fresh environment, we ask that our smoking guest use the outside seating areas provided. 

For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept hen/stag parties.


Access Statement

Baytree House is an 8-bedroom guest house located in a quiet area close to Harrogate town centre. We are a 10-minute stroll into the town centre, where you will find Harrogate train station and bus station. 

We have a small car park to the side of the house which operates on a first come basis. There is ample street parking; permits are required to park all day which can be provided by Baytree House on arrival. 

Being a traditional Victorian house built around the 1900, some features might make access difficult for people with limited mobility. The guesthouse is accessed by climbing 5 steps to the front door. We have no bedrooms on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. None of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair access. 

There are 18 steps to the first floor with a small landing in the middle and 16 steps to the second floor with a small landing in the middle. Staircases have handrails available for support. We are happy to assist with luggage if required. 

Each bedroom has its own WC facilities, but there are no WC facilities for public use. All rooms are en-suite with a shower, with the exception of a single room, which has a bath with shower over.
